As an adjective, rumbero: someone who goes out constantly, said admiringly.

Where it comes from
From rumba, the Cuban music and dance complex, which became a general word for 'party' across the northern half of South America. Watch the border: in Venezuela rumbear also means to make out, and in Colombia it does not.
