What it means
An insider: the person who knows everyone, is at every gathering and is never short of plans.
인싸템 is an item everyone has, 인싸력 is the capacity for it — the root is productive.

Where it comes from
English 'insider', Koreanised and clipped to two syllables. Coined around 2018 alongside its opposite 아싸.
