애교 (aegyo)

What it means

   Performed cuteness: a softened voice, a slight pout, a wheedling tone used to charm someone into agreeing with you.

2. 2.

   A skill people are asked to demonstrate on demand — 애교 해봐 is a standard request on Korean variety shows and, less comfortably, at company dinners.

   Not confined to women, though the expectation falls on them much harder.
